Kiko was extremely professional from the initial contact through the end of the job, and this was an overall great experience! He provided a quote and time for installation (he was flexible, and since he's REALLY good at what he does he is constantly working, so make sure you book him when he says he's available) and was pleasant to work with and a great conversationalist to boot! He communicated issues whenever they popped up, and provided solutions with ease, he truly is the IKEA SPECIALIST!!!!! If you want a job well done, hire Kiko!!!!!!!!

Kiko was amazing. He assembled 24 cabinets perfectly in a single day. He very graciously accepted several date changes due to construction delays. He arrived early, was extremely pleasant and worked quickly and quietly to get the job done. We cannot recommend him more highly. A job that would have taken my husband and I two weeks of after work evenings (&too many arguments!) to complete was done in a day. Phenomenal. Worth EVERY penny. Hire him!!

I am sure is Kiko is a capable IKEA Specialist and I had a good feeling when we initially quoted my project and decided to work together. Unfortunately my experience has not been as good as I expected. Part of the reason for my disappointment is due to the fact that Kiko had an accident an could not be present at my place to execute or even supervise the work. However, despite the unfortunate accident that occur to him, it must be noted that the project had been postponed by him a few times. Initially we agreed for him to start on Saturday 10/29 or Sunday 10/30. Then he wrote that he had to complete another job and would send his son to start the assembly but only on 11/1. That didn't happen and he wrote that his son could not come but he had two worker to start on 11/2. Then it became 11/3 and finally the two showed up to work the morning of 11/4. They were supposed to get the project started and Kiko would have joined them on 11/5, but that's when hi had an accident and could not come anymore. To his credit he made sure someone would pick up his work and took care of my needs. The workers he hired did overall a good job but left the work partially incomplete (3 drawers missing and a wine cabinet not installed, some other finishing not accurately done, such as using cocking instead of silicon to seal the counter, which is already cracking after only 3 weeks. Instead of 5 days, the job took 9 days and the final price was difficult to handle because of lack of communication with his crew. I did a complete walk through with his workers at the end of the job and we took a detailed list, which was copied so we each had a copy, but he ended up questioning several items afterwards which became difficult to handle and frustrating. At the end most of the work was executed well, but I had to hire another installer to complete the uncompleted parts and re-do the finishing that have been rushed and made incorrectly or not precisely.
