I chose Mikhail from 7 GC that I interviewed and was glad I did. His fees were reasonable, he was always reliable, did good work and worked without any kind of attitude you often get from other GCs. He gutted and renovated my entire condo that had a fire. I came to really like him and hired him to do a second renovation. Highly recommended
