I am really happy with the choice I made. When I first hired Brian, it was mainly to fix some of my lose tiles in the bathroom and change some of the fixtures. He definitely knew what he was doing and he initially advised me to do a full renovation of my bathroom because the minor repairs will keep coming. I didn’t listen because I was on a tight budget. Fast-forward to two years after, I call him for total renovation of my bathroom. I would say this guy runs on a different level of energy. He finished my bathroom within 2 weeks and suggested me to do a full remodeling of my kitchen because it was very old. He had installed new flooring and painted the walls on my first floor and the kitchen didn’t match up the new upgrades. He is currently working at my kitchen and I am definitely looking to work with him again. Definitely worth the time and the money.

One of the best companies to work for. Very professional and very grate quality of work. I got in touch with them to repair some water damages on my apartment. They covered up everything while working and kept clean everything. I was worried that my apartment would get all dusty and dirty. They cleaned up everything and moped the entire apartment. Very happy with the service and I would highly recommend.

We love our new kitchen and of course we love showing it to everyone that comes at our home. Brian (owner) made choosing super easy. He closely worked with us to clarify every confusion we had and made sure to stay within budget. The total cost of the project is exactly what had initially hoped. Brian oversaw every detail and did most of the install himself. The tear out of the old and the install of the new went as planned and took no more than 14 working days. Installation of everything was respectfully quiet and spot clean which is great because our kitchen is right in the middle of the house! Neighbors said they observed how neat the crew was and how the crew routinely hauled away all the torn-out cabinets and daily debris. Yes, dumpster was necessary but Brian managed to work it out with the sanitation crew and saved us some money! We were always notified about the status of the project, who and what was coming or when. Thumbs up for MCR Inc.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our goal is to perform any kind of job to exceed our clients expectation within the lowest price-range and the highest quality of work. In order to reach this goal, we work closely with our clients for a reasonable price for any projects available no matter its scale or difficulty. It never hurts to ask anyone for a discount or any fee reduction.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our interaction with new customers is very easy and quite simple. We first obtain basic information regarding any projects that our clients bring at us. It is our duty to perform a close inspection of the work site where the project will take place, analyze the necessary work for the project, calculate the total cost of the project and issue a reasonable estimate. We always make sure that a contract is signed when our clients accept the estimate for project. It is important for us to work on the project while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way. Such technique helps our connections with our clients and eliminates their doubts regarding the status of any kind of worked performed in the jobsite.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team consists of four people (at this moment) who are specialized in all interior and exterior construction, renovation and remodeling. Each one of our crew members has at least eight years of direct experience on these construction fields. We have mastered our skills by working harder everyday to provide the highest quality of work.
