- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are not set in stone. I understand that things can be hard at times. I am willing to work with them in hoping to do more work for them or their friends and family.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know more about the customer, ask them questions about the work that needs to be done. I also want the customer to ask me anything that they need. I want them to feel comfortable with me so that they will be happy with my work.
