illustrator.

I founded my design company, Muir Design in 1995, in NYC. I have
been working as a graphic design consultant for businesses of all
sizes including financial, corporate, and professional service companies
in the AEC community.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First time clients receive a 10% discount on the design fee for project.
My base hourly rate is $75.00.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first task is to establish the scope of the project and the timeline required for delivery.
I would then prepare an estimate based on what the client expressed they needed to be accomplished.
I would submit the estimate and then we would discuss it, or the client would approve the work to go ahead.
