Ari is an outstanding musician to begin with and his approach to teaching is very encouraging and supportive. Rather than just tell you that you did something wrong, he'll show you a better way to do it and explain why it's better. Rather than assigning hours of boring exercises that will make you hate your instrument, he'll teach you how to play songs that you love making you look forward to picking up your guitar and practicing. Ari is a great teacher for the complete beginner as well as an excellent resource for the seasoned professional.

I have taken lessons from Ari for a very long time. He works well with both kids and adults. He is both extremely knowledgeable and very good at conveying his information to his students. His skill when it comes to playing is exceptional. I highly recommend him for lessons in both theory and technique, no matter the skill level.
