- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please send some photos for estimating so I can better understand the scope of work. Additional costs may include the cost of materials that I buy to complete the task. I offer individual discounts for regular customers, large orders or multi-tasking orders. If you have special requirements, I am ready to discuss them in order to offer the most transparent and reasonable prices
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is very simple, I discuss the task, estimate the cost and time, we agree on the project and I prepare materials, perform the work and then check the result with the client. Payment is made upon completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started as someone who enjoyed fixing things around the house. Over time, I turned that passion into a business. I have years of practical experience in handyman services. I did electrical work, plumbing, replacing and installing outlets, hanging lamps, cleaning air systems, repairing and replacing faucets, sinks, and all other tasks that require maintenance and replacement in apartments and private homes
