- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly rate is $75 per hour with a minimum two-hour service call for clients located within 60 miles of Brooklyn, NY. For distances exceeding 60 miles, the rate is $85 per hour, with a minimum five-hour service call. Yes, we offer discounts. For regular customers, starting with the third order, there is a 30% discount on all types of work, excluding materials. We also offer a 10% discount for leaving reviews.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial meeting and assessment of the scope of work. If everyone is satisfied, we sign a contract, and after receiving a 50% down payment of the contract amount, we begin the project (this applies to large projects costing $1000 or more). For smaller projects, a verbal agreement and estimate are sufficient.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree, many years of experience in different countries, and extensive experience in areas such as: railway (subway) construction in Israel, building hospitals during the pandemic, installing doors, including doors from Italian companies, and constructing office spaces, partitions, and complete turnkey houses.
