Dealing with Rusl for our oven igniter replacement was as straight forward and hassle free as one could ever wish for. Price was communicated in advance (and adhered to), he showed up on the dot (maybe a couple of minutes early), wore protection over his shoes, and just did the job. Would definitely hire Rusl again for appliance jobs.
