Introduction: I'm ready to do a lot of work around your house. Install shelves, doors, locks, air conditioner, closet, assemble a nightstand or bed, repair the ceiling, walls, floor - this is just a small part of my experience. I have over 8 years experience. My work will cost $85 an hour, but not less than $150. And I will give you a 30 day guarantee on my work. If you are making a reservation for me two or more days in advance, please confirm your reservation one day in advance.
You can pay for my work with Zelle, Venmo, check or cash. I can also go shopping and bring them to you. It costs $50. Information for those who use direct booking through a calendar: please first inform me by any available means at what time and on what date you need the work done. It is preferable to use a simple message. Please understand my request correctly, when I work, I do not always have the opportunity to look at the calendar and I may not know about your reservation and take work during this time. Therefore, final confirmation is only by phone in the form of a message Thank you.

Very very punctual with time. Smotrov LLC gave me an arrival time and arrived on the dot. It was a blessing to get an instant response from Smotrov LLC. He was able to assist me with the removal of one way screw window guards and then the installation of a swing open window guards. This was amazing, especially since other handyman were unable to remove the one way screws. Would definitely recommend.

Terrific worker and quality. He fixed horrendous cabinets that another handyman had done. Installed new ceiling and walls in my laundry room and bathroom that included panel access to plumbing. Fixed broken brick steps. Etc. Etc. There isn't anything he can't or won't try to figure out to do with quality results. More importantly he actually works thru the day and sticks to his estimated time frame as discussed. My last handyman was constantly going to lunch or running out to the hardware store because "the job unexpectedly needed additional parts or work. " it was BS to run out and/or increase cost. Not konstantine. He'll tell you exactly what he needs up front and sticks to timelines. Never late and doesn't play games with you at all. Knowledgeable and hard worker.

He did a few small tasks for me around my apartment reasonably well (not great, but passable) at a decent rate, but unfortunately he didn't clean up after himself when he left AND worse, his saw cut a gouge in my stainless steel kitchen sink, tried to patch it with some white filler and didn't mention it to me until I brought it up. He did offer to replace it for free, but when he came by and measured, he wasn't able to find an exact replacement - and my landlord won't allow for anything but an exact replacement. I might use him again, but probably not. Still on the hunt for a reliable handyman at a good rate and with excellent quality work - tall order I know, but I'll keep looking.

Konstantin responded quickly and showed up on time. He was professional and did exactly what we asked (hang 4 pictures, difficult because it required using a ladder on stairs.) He worked quickly and charged a fair price. We would hire him again!
