We can go there. I'm a certified (200 hours) yoga teacher offering Dharma yoga, which comprises asanas, pranayama and meditation to beginners and mid-level students. We can explore different mediation techniques, including mindfulness and visualization techniques. If you seek a holistic approach to a healthier lifestyle, we can look at nutrition and cognitive behavior patterns as well. I can be your guide and motivator, but you are the one who must commit to your own personal practice and growth. I am committed to grow with every client experience offered to me.
