- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Or pricing is affordable, I am a firm believer in getting what you pay for. We offer 3% discounts for monthly service, 5% for biweekly service, and 7% for weekly cleaning
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each customer is sent an email booking confirmation. All booking purchased on our website explains the details of each package. If you have a custom cleaning need then we will cal you to get the specifics.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified cleaning technician. This training provided the fundamentals of providing cleaning services as well as proper techniques when providing service.
