- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm very fair price in negotiable all it takes is a small talk in a agreement with both parties to get things done. I also offer reoccurring discounts if you book every week, two weeks or monthly thanks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process of working with a new customer is to have a small conversation, get to know the customer a little better. I would like to know the customers wants and their needs. What are the target areas they need me to work on in the house and just make sure that I provide the best services possible and make sure that I get everything done that the customer set as a priority, definitely put a big smile on a customer's face at the end of the cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have great training with working with a cleaning residential company for the last 3 years. I'm a great Deep Cleaner, I also looked over other cleaners making sure that their work was to the best of their ability and if they needed help in any areas I gave them my expertise on how to correct things. I'm a great organizer and problem solver.
