- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Before confirmation of any job, potential client would receive a client contract/design proposal detailing the billing and payment structure for the project for them to review and approve. A.E.D. charges hourly a fee that is determined prior to the job. Client is always given formal invoices and receipts throughout the project for their record.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the bachelors program of Interior Design from FIT in 2018, and have years of experience working in design firms in NY prior to starting my own company.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have had the privilege of working with clients who just need help finalizing their homes with art, rugs and lighting to clients that want to demolish their whole first floor and start fresh with new flooring, kitchen, etc. I love each aspect of the projects beginning until end.
