Isy is THE BEST! I would recommend her without a single hesitation and you would be lucky to have her. She set herself apart from the start with her quick response to my inquiry and offer to visit my home for the consultation--no other designers offered that! By the end of our consult my mind was made up and I've had no regrets.
I live in two bedroom Brooklyn apt and the project was to spruce it up without buying any major furniture. Isy was able to work within my budget (~4K) and made me feel as though I was a VIP client, even though my project was relatively small. She really cares about her work and if you're satisfied. She wants you to love the look and gets that she is helping you make your home your own special sanctuary.
I have never used a designer, but after working with Isy I would def do it again and will work with her to do my bedroom next year! Isy strikes a wonderful balance between offering a design plan and working with your feedback. She also knows how to bring you to a decision when you're stuck in an indecisive place. She was excellent as meeting me where I was in terms of communication and was willing to text and email freely in response to my questions.
The entire design included an absolutely amazing mural wallpaper on a large feature wall in my living room, paint for accent wall, a rug, ottoman, pendant lights in the kitchen, sofa pillows, wall art, and window treatments. Isy came to my apartment to make sure wallpaper and paint were completed as intended. The contractors she works with are equally talented and kind. Everything in my open concept space now has the cohesive look and feel I could never achieve on my own. I adore my new space and have received many compliments—not to mention it looks far far better on my zoom calls for work!
In all, Isy just goes above and beyond. You get incredible value for the price she is charging. She is an expert and brings a wonderful attitude. Hire her!

My son is 22 years old just graduated from college, he moved with 2 college friends to NYC to work. His tiny room was cold and uninviting. I wanted to surprise him, so I hired Isy' services, she met with my son to see how he wanted his room to look like, then while my son was at work, she did the Fabulous transformation so when my son came that day from work he was flabbergasted. My son's room went from a cold college room to an inviting, masculine, cozy, young professional's room in NYC. Working with Isy was very easy, she was very professional, she quickly responded all my question, she was very responsible, it was a joy working with her. Now his 2 other friends are jealous and want to do the same. I am attaching here the before and after pictures. Yes I will hire her again if I have another project. Thank you So much Isy, now my son have a beautiful place to go to everyday.

Isy is a great interiordesigner. Very available with great taste and reasonable rates. She’s very engaged with her clients and listens to their needs while giving an honest opinion. She’s designed our whole house Out East in our North Fork. She’s got good taste and gives great advise. She’s quick, professional and can do high end design. We went for scandinavian modern and she was spot on with the mood boards and shopping list. I’d hire her again in the future.

Isy is professional, thoughtful, and has a fabulous eye. I had the pleasure of working with Isy when we bought our apartment in Brooklyn Heights this past year. When I found Isy, I was impressed by some of the projects she'd done for other clients. I had a vague sense direction I wanted to go in with the apartment and Isy really listened to my point of view. She took the time to understand the aesthetic I was going for. She would help me visualize what I had in mind, and add her wonderful ideas. Sometimes when I saw my vision on paper I realized it wasn't going to work, so we pivoted! Working with Isy made a lot of decisions very easy; instead of me sifting through 100s of different colors for my kitchen cabinets and walls, Isy was decisive and had a great recommendation for the color scheme. Isy also helped design and install our gallery wall, which gets tons of compliments. Isy was extremely patient with me as we were concurrently renovating the apartment, working long hours, and I was also in my first trimester of pregnancy, which didn't make us the easiest clients. My husband and I LOVE how our apartment has come together, in large part due to Isy's guidance. I HIGHLY recommend working with Isy!!!

Pricing is dependent on a few factors: size of the space, complexity etc, but I generally try and keep my pricing as attractive as possible as I’m still growing my business.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10+ years working in art and design for some of the most prestigious art auction houses in the world.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After a long career in art I decided to make a pivot to interior design during the pandemic. I took on a job working for an interior design company to learn the business and then branched out on my own - best decision I’ve ever made!
