I needed help replacing my old kitchen faucet with a new one and Ack did an amazing job! He responded to my request right away and was able to come within a few days. He was very friendly and professional and was able to replace my faucet very quickly. I’ll definitely be reaching out to him again with any future projects around my apartment!

You have to give the man his due: Ack does great work. He showed up on time, worked quickly and courteously through each of four apartments, and pursued each solution despite having an unexpected design in two faucets he was hired to replace, all in one afternoon. Undeterred, Ack researched solutions, narrowed down the possibilities, and reached out to inform of the problem along with solid solutions and relevant costs. True, no one wants a mid.stream conversation like this with your contractor after you've already made your deposit and invested everyone's time, including your own. But as I said, you have to give the man his due. He did not give excuses or try to shift blame on uniqueness of the design or availability of parts. He put his head down and plowed his way to viable solutions and kept me informed as he arrived at them. And that gave me the ability to make an informed choice for me and my residents. Which is EXACTLY what you want your contractor to do! Bottom line: Ack is on my list for plumbers...for sure!

Ack did a great job upgrading our sockets from 2 prong to 3 prong , super friendly and efficient - very patient with our situation (wasn’t the most straight forward) and would definitely hire him again!
