Bertie did an phenomenal job helping me out with my long distance move. I consulted with ~6 moving companies. He was the only person who had a plan that actually made sense. He was fairly priced and used extreme care and attention to detail when handling all of my belongings. I would happily use his service again and highly recommend him for whatever your moving needs are. Also, he accepts credit cards which is a huge bonus in my book! Don’t hesitate to book Bertie and his team.

I had an amazing experience with Bertie! Not only were he and his partner punctual and efficient, but they also went above and beyond when things didn’t go as planned. I underestimated the amount of stuff I had, but they didn’t bat an eye — they moved everything without hesitation and didn’t charge me extra for the inaccurate quote. In the middle of the move, my building’s elevator broke with them inside. FDNY had to come rescue them, but even after that ordeal, they remained upbeat and professional. They finished the job via 6 flights of stairs without complaint and still didn’t ask for any additional fees for the delay or the extra labor. Their kindness, flexibility, and professionalism made a very stressful day so much easier. I would 100% book with Bertie again — highly, highly recommend!
