Worked with Mike and his team on a bathroom renovation. They were easy to work with, collaborative, and flexible. Mike shows that he is interested in his client's satisfaction, and checked in daily (either by phone or in person) with me to see how things were going. Personnel that were on site were courteous, respectful, and answered any questions I had. Overall, I'm happy with the way the remodel turned out.

First Class Renovations assisted me with a complete renovation of my bathroom. They were excellent. Helpful, knowledgeable, responsive, affordable, and above all else patient answering all my questions. They did not simply renovate my bathroom, but sought to make it look outstanding providing recommendations and suggestions about how I could improve the remodel. They also completed the job in record time and did everything they could to work around my busy schedule. I highly recommend them.

Michael renovated our bathroom and produced a beautiful product, replacing our prefab shower with a custom walk-in shower. He took our ideas and added his own, coming up with a high quality room. He visited daily, checking up on his crews workmanship. He also handled unanticipated problems, which can occur with any renovation. The crews who work for him protected our floors and furniture, cleaning up daily. Michael himself is reliable, friendly, trustworthy, quick to respond to texts and phone calls and truly proud of his work.
