We had an amazing experience with August Builders who remodeled 3 bathrooms in our home. Rafi and Michael were very attentive to our requests from the start and made this renovation quick and simple. Rafi and the team were patient with changes we made along the way and accommodated everything we needed. Michael and Rafael helped me with my first home renovation in my condo in Brooklyn.Our renovation included a complete unit remodel (gutting the bathroom and kitchen, refinishing floors, securing walls, repainting, new moldings, fixing windows). I am so lucky to have found people who own their work and serve as trustworthy guides. Completely new to the area, I was a bit naive about the regulations to conduct work and risks of certain types of construction within a historic property. They were absolutely wonderful highlight risks and solutions, connecting me with the proper suppliers, and keeping me informed throughout.On a personal note, I fell ill during the renovation and asked them to continue forward given that I needed to move in by a certain time. They did a beautiful job, sharing videos and photos of their progress. I recovered with a beautiful condo. I cannot express my gratitude enough.

Oh my where do I begin.. Rafael and michael were a dream to work with, from the initial estimate, to the end everything was carried out amazing. I have done construction in my house multiple times over the last 30 years and its rare to find such professional people to work with. I am one of those people that is a perfectionist and every little detail when people are working in my home and this is the first time That I actually got the best care in construction that you can ever get. we had a constant communication daily and they truly were on top of everything.. in fact I loved the basement remodeling job so much, we also ended up doing the bathroom remodeling project aswell!! I was so impressed again with all that they did that now Im giving them the job to do the apartment upstairs Thank you guys so much for your honesty and professionalism! Definitely recommend!If you are anything like me Professional, cleanliness and perfection, and every detail of your home these are the two guys to go with. They say that there are five stars, but these people deserve to get 10 FOR the way they are

Rafi is honest, charming and always makes you feel like you are his priority. He basically feels like family by now and I think that is a very unique way to feel about your contractor at the end of a renovation project :) He and his company renovated our kitchen and a bathroom in our home. Our kitchen is beautiful and everything is running smoothly. I feel very grateful to Rafi and his whole team!

I cannot speak highly enough for Raffi and crew. They gut renovate two condo units for me from head to toe and worked with me to figure out serious energy issues that plagued my unit. They were able to take my monthly energy costs from $900 a month to $125 a month for 1350 st of living space. High quality work, I recommend them to absolutely everyone
