FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flexible and tailored to the size and complexity of each project. Since Mandala Gardens is still building its portfolio, I currently offer discounted rates for early clients. I do not charge hidden fees, all costs are discussed upfront, and I’m happy to work within a range of budgets to create a design that’s both beautiful and sustainable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a free consultation to understand your vision, style, and how you’d like to use your outdoor space. From there, I create customized mandala-inspired garden designs (often offering a few variations) so you can choose what feels right for you. I’ll also provide options for plants and materials to fit your budget and preferences. Once you’ve selected a design, I help refine the details and guide you through the next steps to bring your garden to life. My goal is to make the process collaborative, creative, and stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over four years of hands-on agricultural experience from working on a local mushroom farm, where I learned the foundations of cultivation, land management, and sustainable growing practices. I also spent more than eight years in sales and client management for local food and agriculture businesses, building strong relationships and tailoring services to customer needs. In garden design, I’ve trained myself in using digital design tools like iScape to create realistic layouts and have studied sacred geometry to develop Mandala Gardens’ unique design approach. My blend of agricultural expertise, client-focused work, and design training allows me to create gardens that are not only beautiful but also practical, sustainable, and deeply personalized.
