- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It all depends on how much you work you want us to put in, the quality you want, and your location. But we will try to give you a quote if you message us. Don't hesitate to call us, or ask for a quote we don't bite.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we get a call of a costumer we right a way set up a time to meet. Mr. Klein meets with the costumer and sees what her or his ideas is, how big the place is if the costumer knows what they want or needs new ideas, and what there budget is. Then the whole teem comes together and makes a affordable, beautiful plan, we send it to the costumer and if they like it we go ahead and make him or her something they have never seen before. We won't rest till the costumer is satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been near to 25 years in the landscaping and gardening business. We love what we do and we have fun doing it.
