JIA rep was very responsive to all my questions. Very quick response. The driver was on time and very courteous. The only thing I was not happy with, is that they promised a white limo and sent a black limo instead. No notice of change. Thank you for your service.

Unfortunately, this was an unexpected issue that occurred while the driver was already on the way. The white vehicle we had originally promised became stuck due to a sudden mechanical problem. Since we did not want this to affect your plans or leave you without transportation, we immediately arranged and sent an alternative black limo that was available at the time.
We completely understand your concern and sincerely apologize for the unexpected change. We appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation, and we always do our best to provide a smooth and reliable experience for our customers.

Once you approve the quote, we collect a deposit to confirm the reservation and send a booking confirmation with all trip details. After the trip, we follow up to ensure you were satisfied with your experience.
