The vehicle provided was the same Sprinter party van that was shown in the photos and confirmed before booking. This vehicle is designed to accommodate up to 16–18 passengers based on standard seating capacity. Passenger comfort can vary depending on individual space requirements, which is why we also offer larger party buses for groups wanting additional room and amenities. Regarding the refreshments, we apologize if there was any misunderstanding. We always encourage customers to contact us during the trip if there are concerns so we can immediately work toward a solution, including arranging an alternative vehicle if available. At the end of the service, a request was made for a refund/discount, and as a gesture of goodwill we offered a discount, even though the agreed vehicle and service had been provided.
