- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flexible available appointments, morning Saturday and Sundays hours are also available. Rates I welcome you to a free initial 15 minute consultation via phone ***NOW ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS***** Insurance: Mary Ng-Tedjasukmana is an Out-of-Network provider for all other insurance. Therapy sessions are typically covered in part by your Insurance Company. It is recommended, that you contact your insurance company about your mental health coverage. I welcome you to my office and will provide you with a receipt and assisting submission to your insurance company for reimbursement. I have a # of clients who have successfully recieved their reimbursement through this process. Frequently asked questions for your insurance provider: 1) Do I have mental health insurance benefits that allow for Out-of Network therapy services? 2) Does my insurance require that I have pre- authorization prior to sessions with a therapist? If so, it is your responsibility to have that information prior to our first session. 3) Is there a deductible for Out-of-Network services, and how much has been met? 4) How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover? 5) What credentials does my therapist need to be eligible for reimbursement? Mary Ng-Tedjasukmana is an LCSW. 6) How will I recieve my reimbursement and how long will it take ? Payment scale: Initial Evaluation: 90 Mins Individual session/Couples/ Family session- 45 minutes *payable at the beginning of each session. Payment: cash, check, and all major Debit/ Credit Cards accepted. Sliding scale: Accepted, amount depending on your net income Cancellation: If you need to reschedule a session, provide 24 hour notice before your scheduled appointment time to avoid a full session cancellation fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically meet for an Initial Individual, Couples, or Family Psychosocial Evaluation per 90 minute session Thereafter we will work together on a individualized tailored plan that would fit your goal vision, frequency (weekly, bi monthly, monthly) 50 min individual follow up session and 60 minute follow up session.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker Certified Professional Life Coach Approved Clinical Supervisor accredited by the Center for Credentialing & Education Psychoanalytic Training at the Center for Modern Psychoanalytic Studies ( CMPS) and The Preclude to Psychoanalytic Training Program (IPE)
