FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do at least 60 hours of continuing education every 3 years. I also subscribe to medical journals and websites that keep me abreast to new research and development involving acupuncture, herbs, food, essential oils and other therapies.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I actually was originally interested in studying herbal medicine. The school I attended, Pacific College of Oriental Medicine only had a Master of Science program that included herbs. So, I decided to jump in with both feet, and I received a thorough education with way more than my original intention.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I most commonly treat low back pain, shoulder pain and injuries, neck pain and knee pains from arthritis and overuse.
