About Feel Integrated

What is missing from your quest for wellness?

Did you know experts estimate that 80% to 90% of all diseases come from long-term stress?

Therapeutic massage and bodywork such as Jin Shin Jyutsu, along with exercise is the best way to address stress, and restore balance, harmony, confidence and vitality. It will also help you recover more quickly from exertion, fatigue and injury, and will improve your energy, immune system function, outlook, and overall quality of life.

Together, we will explore your individual way to improve your physical and mental health, easing away stress, pain, tension, and anxiety to feel integrated again -- physically, mentally and spiritually.

My clients love how relaxed, calm, refreshed and centered they feel after a treatment. They report an overall improvement in their wellness, including sleeping better, being able to concentrate and focus better, and decrease in pain/discomfort and stress. Athletes also report becoming less injury-prone.

Please note that I have locations in Manhattan, and Brooklyn, and do house calls. To find out more about me and the services I offer, please visit my website.

Phil is amazing!!! He listened to all of my concerns (which are many) and he was able to address all of them. He also gave me advice on what I can do moving forward to help with my pinched nerve (neck area), and tight back. Great experience and I highly recommend him.

Question and answer

Q. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A. Be clear about your goal for the treatments and ask the provider if they are realistic, and in what time frame.

Look for providers that ask for your health history or other new client intake form. Think back about when you first experienced the issues or symptoms you are looking to alleviate. Don't be shy to ask questions, and don't hesitate to add more information if you remember anything later on.
