- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask multiple questions to get an understanding on the pet. I inform the client what is included with the pets grooming. I let the client know they can participate if it’s going to help the pet. If they know their pet is anxious or very aggressive, I do ask how the owner feels about muzzles and medication from a veterinarian that can help make the pets more comfortable prior to the grooming process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in grooming for 5 years and I worked in veterinary medicine for over a decade. Currently earning my license in veterinary medicine.
