Hello, my name is Raine. I’m a veterinary groomer offering house-call dog and cat grooming in the pet’s home for pets of all sizes.
Your pet’s comfort and health come first. Every grooming includes ear and skin cytology, so you can literally see what’s going on under the microscope and stay on top of your pet’s care. I groom for comfort and wellbeing before fashion, and I’m happy to offer practical advice on veterinary care and ways to help both your pet and your wallet.
I groom inside your home and bring all necessary equipment, including a grooming table and microscope. For safety, all cat grooming requires anti-anxiety medication, and all lion cuts include a bath. I only offer full grooming sessions during house calls and provide a $50 discount when grooming 3 or more pets.

My experience (as well as my kittens) with Raine was better than I could have imagined it to be. She is so gentle, kind-hearted, and down-to-earth groomer I have met. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. She took time out to educate me on a few things about my kitten that I wouldn't have known before. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a groomer!

My Siberian cat gets fear-based aggression when being handled by groomers. I was nervous when I hired Celestial Paws for the bath & haircut for cats with matted hair since my cat's previous two attempts to be groomed were unsuccessful and the groomers gave up saying she was too aggressive to handle. Autumn showed up with an assistant and a can-do attitude, there was no question in her mind that the job would get done. With the help of some medication, an extra set of hands, and a whole lot of patience, they were able to get the job done! What a relief for both my cat and me to have a fresh start. Autumn let us know what a good grooming schedule would be in order to maintain a healthy triple coat, and we look forward to having her back for a bath in a couple of months.

I can't describe how wonderful Autumn was for our poor matted cat! Our boy had many mats, and we were so worried about how he'd handle his first grooming. Autumn was so kind, caring, well-prepared, and professional, and she absolutely radiated a calm that made us all feel at ease. She did such a thorough and beautiful job! Throughout the whole thing she treated our cat with such love and tenderness, it was obvious that she truly cares about the animals she looks after. Our boy looks beautiful and feels wonderful! 😽

I've never had as positive of an experience! She helped me enormously with a cat with a chronic skin condition (treated) but continues to have over grooming spots on her fur. The cat adored her- tolerated the experience (which I never could have managed) and Autumn provided valuable advice to me with 2 foster kittens- unsocialized. My cat has seen several veterinarians- specialists with above average fees- none of them told me that Snowy had almost impacted anal glands which were expressed without a problem. Speaking to her about dogs her face lit up- this woman knows and loves animals. Trust her- I'll never request another groomer- ever.

My pricing reflects my knowledge in veterinary medicine and my grooming experience
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask multiple questions to get an understanding on the pet. I inform the client what is included with the pets grooming. I let the client know they can participate if it’s going to help the pet. If they know their pet is anxious or very aggressive, I do ask how the owner feels about muzzles and medication from a veterinarian that can help make the pets more comfortable prior to the grooming process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in grooming for 5 years and I worked in veterinary medicine for over a decade. Currently earning my license in veterinary medicine.
