I was so impressed with the grooming session for my fur baby. It was refreshing to see a sister who showed such compassion and kindness throughout the entire experience. She was very communicative, keeping me updated every step of the way, and always respectful of the time. Her grooming skills are unmatched—my baby looked amazing, and the care she took was evident in her professional work.
