Hello, Thank you for contacting Apex Mold Specialists regarding your mold concerns. We provide a professional approach to all your mold remediation needs. We specialize in mold inspection and remediation. In order to properly diagnose the mold at your location, we highly recommend that you schedule an appointment for a mold inspection. The following is a brief description regarding the mold inspection information which you had requested. The fee for the mold testing is $500. We will provide you with a complete visual and manual inspection which will be performed by one of our highly skilled certified technicians. Our technicians are committed to providing quality services for your home or office and have gone through extensive training so that we can provide our clients with efficient and reliable mold services. Our testing includes a visual inspection by one of our technicians, we will also check for moisture behind the walls with our advanced infrared camera, additional testing will take place with particle counters as well as a moisture/humidity reading. The technician will perform one air test inside the property as well as one test outdoors so that we can make a comparison. There is an additional $125 fee per additional air/swab test requested. In the event that there is visual mold,our technician will take swab samples that we will send to the lab along with the air test. You will receive the lab results with an interpretation from our company within three to four business days. These results will let you know whether or not you have mold, the mold type and the amount of mold spores that were found per cubic meter. If mold is detected, we will provide you with a remediation report which will outline what further actions need to be taken. The fee for the inspection will be deducted from the remediation fee.
