From beginning to the end Big Apple Mold Removal was extremely professional! When i discovered mold in my bathroom I was very concerned for my health as well as my pocket. I wanted to know what I was dealing with immediately, and was scared that due to my complete lack if knowledge in the field, I would be charged too much for an exam and/or remediation services. As soon as I spoke with David and the guys at Big Apple Mold, my fears were calmed! They were so polite, informative and REASONABLE!! They came down the next day and for a minimal fee they tested the mold in my bathroom. Within 2 days I had a full explanation of what exactly was growing in my bathroom as well as a very reasonable price quote to have the remediation done. The work was done on time the following day and the crew cleaned up after themselves. I hope I NEVER have a mold problem again but if I do - I am calling Big Apple Mold 100%!!
