I'm a satisfied customer. The Crown Mold team came to a basement that had suffered from water infiltration over decades. It was showing on walls, floors and ceilings. Their mitigation included dehumidification, removing compromised sheetrock and coating walls and ceilings with anti-fungal compound, and removing moldy floor tiles. We were so pleased with the remediation that we hired them again for restoration. As you can see from the photos, the walls look new again. They used self-leveling compound to restore the floor surface. They stated a number of times during the project that their goal was customer satisfaction, and they convinced me that they meant it. We have an inhabitable basement, and I am glad these guys made it happen!

I worked with crown mold specialist for the first time on my home in Brooklyn. I had water damage and black mold building up in my laundry room. I gave Moshe a call and he came the same day with a team that worked very professionally on my job. We replaced the Sheetrock got rid of the water damage and now it looks brand new. Im very happy with the outcome and would work with them again.
