- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fair to the task at hand, and no matter how big or little the job is, I take my clients needs seriously.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Greeting them warmly. Checking out the problem, or task that they need handled. Completing the task in a timely manner, with precision. Explaining to them the process of the installation/repair. And then finally giving them safety tips, and advice on how to prevent safety hazards in the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to a 600 hour New York State accredited electrician school, and I’m currently working in the electrical field, and 5 years of electrician experience.
