I would have checked all five but it only let me check 3 so include Value and punctuality. They were great. Emailed last minute and they were able to come the next day. (Mover I had hired canceled on Sunday night and they responded right away and showed up at my apartment the next day.) Moved my stuff into storage. Worked hard. Efficiently. Packed my storage space carefully. Protected it. A pleasure to talk to. Friendly. I would use them again in a second. I gave them 5 stars. They deserved 6.

We offer very reasonable and affordable rates. For junk removal we tend to match the dump fee. $300 at the dump will usually be $300 for labor for example.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask the basic questions first, stairs or elevator, tolls/fees, additional helper or not, etc etc
