Both workers did a great job that went above and beyond anything you would hope for. Tuungaa and M from Mongolia are exceptional. I would hire Imrovements by GABA again for another cleaning project in the future.

Understand the job and send the right number of people who speak English. I requested a pre-move-in deep cleaning: 2 bathrooms, kitchen (cabinet doors and shelves, stovetop, fridge), interior shelves (closets and pantry), floors and baseboards, I don’t know what Emmy spent 5+ hours doing in an empty good condition 1100 sq ft apartment (she did not speak a word of English), but when she communicated she was ‘done’ (10pm-ish!), I later discovered she hadn’t wiped down any kitchen cabinets or touched a *single* thing in the second bathroom I’d be bathing my kids in. Gaba had also requested another $200 on top of $150 halfway through the job. He failed to understand the job and sent a mediocre worker to complete a 2-person job. She cleaned the refrigerator well, but with tip, I was really disappointed in the ultimate quality of cleaning and would much rather have spent $400 with a different cleaning company or just done it myself. I got mad to see the condition she left every time I set foot in the second bathroom until I finally had time to clean it. I do not recommend and won’t hire again.
