Called Kevin to get rid of some nasty odors left from an accident by my dog in the house. The smell was only in one room on the ground floor, and after he gave me a quote for that room, we agreed to start right away because he already had everything he needed to service the house. Kevin was done in less than 2 hours, and the odors were completely gone! He said he treated everything from top to bottomwalls, floor, ceiling, and even behind the furniture just to make sure. It was still a little damp immediately after he serviced the area, but everything dried up nicely with no residue at all.Upon leaving, Kevin noticed my car in the garage and asked if he could take a look inside. I was a little embarrassed because I know my car smells from eating in the car, friends smoking in the car, and of course having my dog in the back seat so many times. I said OK though, and he gave me a very fair price to service my car too. All those stubborn odors are GONE! The car feels like new again!Kevin is a true professional. He was kind and empathetic. He really cares! Recommend him to anyone looking to get rid of any unwanted odors around the house, car, or wherever it smells!
