- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We’ve packed for just about every kind of move! 📦 From apartment dwellers and growing families to seniors downsizing, we’ve helped customers pack entire homes, individual rooms, and everything in between! We’ve also worked with customers preparing for long-distance moves, including those renting their own trucks and just needing a reliable crew to handle the packing. Whether it’s a kitchen full of delicate glassware, a townhouse packed with memories, or a few items headed into storage, we’re happy to help! Big job or small, we bring the same care and attention to every box!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep things simple and stress-free! 📦 First, we get to know what needs packing. If your schedule allows, we’d love to stop by for an in-person assessment. Short on time? Photos or a quick video work just as well! From there, we’ll estimate how long the job may take, recommend the right crew size, and discuss packing materials. You’re welcome to provide your own or purchase ours! Once we’ve agreed on the details, we pick a date that works for you, and voilà! We’re ready for packing day! Easy, flexible, and all at your convenience!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training started with my brother, who owns a moving company in NYC. I learned the fundamentals from him, picked up plenty of tricks of the trade from his experienced crew, and eventually developed packing techniques of my own! Over time, I’ve combined everything I’ve learned into my own packing style, focusing on protection, organization, and efficiency. A little bit of mentorship, a lot of hands-on experience, and a genuine love for what I do! 📦
