William and his team were instrumental in helping me plan the best possible birthday private dinner I could have imagined - he helped me bring to life my vision. William was not only incredibly responsive but also an amazing collaborator, demonstrating his impressive track record and experience. As with most events, there were a few last-minute hiccups that I would not have able to smooth over and accommodate for without William. He is extremely profressional, knows exactly what the client wants and worries about, and has the execution expertise to truly deliver.

I’d highly recommend Flora & Fauna for any dinner parties or catering events. Nacho (Ignacio Gonzales) was our chef and he was amazing! He cooked for 12 guests in my tiny Brooklyn apt for my 30th birthday dinner party celebration. The attention to detail Nacho had when cooking and plating to ensure quality was great. He’s also super nice and easy to talk to! He became our friend at the end of the night and would love to hire him again for any future dinner parties!

Making light out of a difficult situation is definitely a speciality of william. There was an unexpected change of plans as the chef was unable to attend our event . However it wasn’t left with just that . After William relayed the message of not being able to make our event . He went out of his way to call 5 star restaurants and make sure we had a similar food choices to offer our guest . We didn’t go with out but not as planned . We still had a good night and he did comp us of our meals which was in Lu of the experience . I am still ready to experience the food by William and even more so now just by his actions and full attention once the problem araised .we are in the process of planning a new event with William in which he is working with us every step of the way and I can’t wait to write a review on the food as my mouth has been watering just thinking about ! Looking forward to redemption.

Amazing quality. We hired the team for a birthday dinner at home and everyone was impressed. Every course was a pleasant surprise. One guest said this was the best foie gras she had in this area. For the same quality of food, I would expect to pay a lot more at a nice restaurant for our party size, not to mention that the two chefs made the event really special. We’re really glad we hired them.
