Introduction
As a creator of the Resiliency Circle 2.0 - [ ] “The mystical experience is nothing other than becoming aware of your true physical relationship to the universe, and you are amazed, thunderstruck by the feeling that underneath everything that goes on in this world, the fundamental thing is the state of unbelievable bliss.” ~Alan Watts “Whenever you are upset about an event a person or a situation, the real cause is not the event, person or situation but a loss of the true perspective that only space can provide. You are trapped in object consciousness, unaware of the timeless inner space of consciousness itself. The words This Too, Will Pass when used as a pointer can restore awareness of that dimension in you.” ~Eckhart Tolle :) We are a decentralized community of people that aim to uplift and empower one another while promoting unconditionally-loving no-nonsense accountability. Among many things, Our Resiliency Circle aims to de-center whiteness by giving everyone a voice and attention. Obviously, everyone equally deserves to self-actualize and find peace, however bc of historical/current prevalent inequities we must put those most marginalized first. We are open to discussing a myriad of issues while providing access to relevant resources and positive outlets including mutual aid opportunities. We aim to offer constructive feedback and assist those wanting to think through and find the best solution for themselves. Even if, or especially if a problem results partially or wholly from their own (non)actions, we must be respectful when we communicate and be mindful of its impact. Our aim is Heart Fulfilling Wellness, which is our natural state. When we are in a state of Dis- Ease it is our body reminding us to shift our perspective and take action. We will work on maintaining a more intuitively astute awareness of our emotional guidance systems as well as how they interrelate. Mental Health and other Knowledge is our main focus, Mutual Aid and Social Action. We will also provide access to materials and helpful information including suicide prevention, mental health access, therapists etc.. While our circle will be Black Indigenous and People of Color Centered we will welcome all from every background and gender or lack thereof. Special Room Amenities We will start with a Nepali Singing Bowl Sound Bath and set an intention for the time. I would love to mix in some Hatha yoga/Kundalini breath exercises here but that could be for a separate thing. then have a topic or specific question asked.. then we could have introductions for all who want to participate, then 2 random fun facts questions we will have (favorite fruit, last person you hugged (maybe too raw), last song you danced too… last time you felt empowered.. a time when you felt lost and how you were able then we will ask if anyone has anything burning they need to get off their chest. and then have people enter into the chat or raise their hand, that they would like to share. we may limit people to 10 mins if we have to so we get to as many as possible Also im thinking about us going through the slides of a mental health course and digging deep on definitions and possible solutions for many issues. it could bring out a lot that wouldn’t normally be expressed (potential triggers but we must have early trigger warning and disclaimer) What would you all like to explore? How do you want to grow? What does growing mean for you? then mental health 1 on 1 checkins

Well, I did find the Right person for me. He's got a calmness about his voice also a strength that you Know can/did make a difference.
