I recommend Katie to whomever needs a personal trainer. She's great and had me do workouts I didn't even know existed. After my first session with her I was sore in places I didn't know could be sore. Katie also has a great personality and actually cares about her clients and about losing the right amount of weight in a healthy way and time period.Sep 6, 2016Verified
I am so grateful to Katie! I have been overweight after having two kids and never thought that I would regain the confidence I used to have in my body. Katie has thoughtfully provided me with exercises and nutritional tips that have completely changed the way I look at working out! I feel so much more confident and actually look forward to our sessions! The sessions with Katie have just the right amount of challenge - I never feel like she is asking me to do the impossible but I still come away glowing from a great workout. She also has a fantastic personality. I always thought I would be scared of my personal trainer, but she is so friendly and makes me feel comfortable at every session. Give Katie a try and I know you'll love her!Mar 2, 2016
Katie is a great trainer. She was very supportive of my progress and offered easy suggestions to adapt my routine to reach my goals. Our hour sessions always flew by!Mar 28, 2019Verified
Katie is a great trainer who makes training fun! She has a broad spectrum from knowing everything from HIIT to dance workouts. I enjoyed spending time with her and felt great after our sessions! I highly recommend her.Oct 5, 2017
Katie is amazing! Not only did she make our sessions fun and interesting, she helped me organize my fitness plan for the days I didn’t see her, provided nutrition advice along with recipe ideas, didn’t mind holding my crying baby during the workout, and constantly upgraded our workout by finding new exercises for me. She tracked my body fat % and BMI which went down dramatically after this summer with her! I’m happy to continue losing weight with her sessions and now we are working on strength training. She is also very sweet, easy to talk to, punctual, and emphatic to my needs. Well worth the money!Oct 5, 2017Verified
