Katie is a great trainer who makes training fun! She has a broad spectrum from knowing everything from HIIT to dance workouts. I enjoyed spending time with her and felt great after our sessions! I highly recommend her.

I am so thankful I found Katie to help me on my journey of becoming a healthier person. Having her sessions by video feels just like having her in the room with me because she’s watching how I perform each movement and giving me guidance along the way. She’s often even working out with me, which is so motivating because I feel like I’m working out with a friend. Her advanced level of education and her understanding of the human body and mind become immediately apparent as she consults with you to d I’ve worked with trainers in the past who didn’t seem to understand the fluctuations in my level of motivation and would make me feel bad about myself if I had a lapse of eating some junk food or not working out for a a couple days. I recommend Katie to whomever needs a personal trainer. She's great and had me do workouts I didn't even know existed. After my first session with her I was sore in places I didn't know could be sore. Katie also has a great personality and actually cares about her clients and about losing the right amount of weight in a healthy way and time period.
