I go to the gym at least 4 times a week, but I wasn't getting the results I was looking for. I started working with Malik five months ago and I'm amazed with the results. He developed a program specifically geared to my goals and has always been dedicated to helping me achieve them. His sessions are fun,results driven and educational. Malik is always professional, consistent, and enthusiastic. I am happy to work with him.

Malik is a very patient and supportive trainer. He's is excellent at explaining and demonstrating excercises and pushing you through the workout. Most importantly his workouts are challenging and effective. He practices what he preaches. He works out hard and it shows (unlike other trainers). I owe my ability to crush men in pull-ups to Malik.

Malik takes the time to find out your personal fitness goal and structures a fitness plan to meet it. I wasn't interested in soo much weight loss and more interested in tone and with only working out with him 3 days a week I saw the change in my body in very little time. he pushed me on the days I needed to be pushed and understood what I needed in a workout to keep me motivated.

Malik has been my trainer for almost 4 years now. With him I have reached my personal fitness and health goals. His persistence, patience, creative strategies, great attitude and positive encouragement has been a major motivating factor in my continuing success. I highly recommend him as a trainer if you are serious about reaching your goals.

I've used Malik as my trainer and I can tell you from experience within 3 weeks I saw great change in my legs waist & butt. It wasn't easy but anything you want bad enough you will gain . Malik was patient with me even when I was ready to give up on myself but we had a goal & he helped me reach it at the end of every work out it felt like I accomplished something and that is its own reward!!!
