- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates depend on the scope of each individual project. Because I shoot both advertising and e-commerce (in both Seattle and New York) my rate must be adjusted accordingly. I am happy to work within most budgets. Please reach out and we can discuss further.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a new customer, first an email or phone call, whichever the client prefers. This is where we discuss the scope of the project including budgets, dates, shot counts, retouch, turn around, expectations, etc. Once we know who, what, when, where we can begin the rest of the pre production, sourcing props, booking talent, booking space (if needed), ect. Once the shoot begins I can either upload images as they are shot or if an art director/client is on set we will get approvals as we go. Any and all feedback is welcome. Final retouch will be handled and file delivery will be executed along with an invoice.
