- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is reasonable and meets industry standards, my discount fees, however, I will adjust based also on the industry standards and depend on whether a customer buys individual lessons or package of lessons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I first meet a family with a child, I try to get to know them and let them to get to know me. I concentrate on the child and first test their musical abilities, talk to them about why they decided to learn piano and find their genuine interest in music.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from a professional music academy with a specialty in piano and musicology.
