J Kilburn was a professional from the on set. I was looking for someone with property management experience/knowledge, a personality (to deal with tenants and me) and professionalism. During the vetting process Killburn, quickly stood out from the rest with his responsiveness, time he took to speak to me (to ensure I would fine someone to meet my needs/he could provide the services needed) and genuine concern. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price based on the services needed. If you’d like us to oversee leases and collect rent then the monthly fee would be a certain percentage of that rent. Onsite services would be charged a flat monthly fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We’ll get a clear understanding of the services to be performed, then outline the details in a proposal agreement to be signed by both parties. From there a schedule is created and a team member is assigned right away.
