- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We price based on the services needed. If you’d like us to oversee leases and collect rent then the monthly fee would be a certain percentage of that rent. Onsite services only (trash/cleaning, etc.) would be charged a flat monthly fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We’ll get a clear understanding of the services to be performed, then outline the details in a proposal agreement to be signed by both parties. From there a schedule is created and a team member is assigned right away.
