My service call was exceptional. He was very punctual once he arrived at my location. He completed the job and knew exactly how to repair the problem. I had an issue with my toilet 🚽 not flushing properly, and he repaired the issue within an hour as he had to replace the flushing valve. I am totally satisfied with the job and will definitely give him a call again, especially since the cost of the repair was a reasonable price and the work was exceptional. Hired this pro to install a bidet for my toilet. Initially he was very responsive and was available next day. After the installation, I noticed a leak. I contacted the pro and asked him to take a look. He agreed to come the next day or so. However, when the previously agreed upon time arrived he did not show. He contacted me letting me know he was very busy which I understood being it was the holiday. However, I reached out to him several times after and he has not responded. I’m now left to find another plumber who may have been able to correctly install the bidet the first time.
