I originally accepted their offer to swap my toilet out. They made it super easy; they picked up the new toilet from Lowe’s, installed it and took away the old one. Easy-peasy, nice ‘n breazy. Plus, they offered a temporary fix on my bathroom sink faucet which another plumber said was unfixable! Although they needed to order a part to fix it permanently, Real quoted me an exact price within days. Bottom line, these guys have now made three plumbing fixes for me; they’ve always been on time and they stick to their quotes. Very professional.

Envar did a great job my tub faucet was just running hot water while shut off he went bought the what was needed came back and fixed it even though was giving problems he figured it out and got it done glad he came to help he is very good what he does and price is very reasonable.

I contacted him, he immediately found the replacement parts I needed for my hot water heater and we planned for a time for him to come. My service call was exceptional. He was very punctual once he arrived at my location. He completed the job and knew exactly how to repair the problem. I had an issue with my toilet 🚽 not flushing properly, and he repaired the issue within an hour as he had to replace the flushing valve. I am totally satisfied with the job and will definitely give him a call again, especially since the cost of the repair was a reasonable price and the work was exceptional. One thing I truly appreciate is he did not try to get over on me. He purchased the part and was honest about the cost of the part.
