My service call was exceptional. He was very punctual once he arrived at my location. He completed the job and knew exactly how to repair the problem. I had an issue with my toilet 🚽 not flushing properly, and he repaired the issue within an hour as he had to replace the flushing valve. I am totally satisfied with the job and will definitely give him a call again, especially since the cost of the repair was a reasonable price and the work was exceptional. One thing I truly appreciate is he did not try to get over on me. He purchased the part and was honest about the cost of the part. I contacted him, he immediately found the replacement parts I needed for my hot water heater and we planned for a time for him to come. He came and exceeded my expectations, fixing an additional issue that’s existed for some time, and left my hot water heater better than it ever functioned. Will be using him for his services again!
