Very happy with the solution I was given. Throughly explained about my weak connection issue and was walked through the upgrading process. Prices were fair in my opinion. Wiring concealment coulda have been a bit cleaner but I can take of that on my own. It was a pleasure doing business for my personal home. Thanks again!

Unfortunately, this was not a positive experience. I hired Crystal to provide training for my team of 8 on Power Pivot, Power Query, and other Excel-related topics. The training did not meet expectations, and my team left feeling more confused than prepared. The session lacked hands-on instruction, as no mock data sets were provided for practical learning. Much of the training focused on explanations that were intended to be followed up later with additional materials and videos. We were also told that differences between Mac and PC environments limited what could be completed during the session. It has now been over a month, and despite multiple follow-ups, the promised follow-up materials have not been delivered. As a result, we did not receive the level of training or support that was communicated at the time of booking. Overall, the training did not provide the value we expected, and I would recommend clarifying scope, preparation materials, and follow-up deliverables in advance before engaging in similar services. Also excel based trainings does not seem to be her strong suit .
