What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, each licensed person has to continue their education in order to work for Bugs Are Gone. We only want the best and dedicated technicians. NY State DEC also requires you to re-certify every few years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Right now bed bugs with all of the media on. But we are a full service company, not just bugs.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they are licensed and insured.
