My pricing is upfront and fair-no hidden fees. I charge by furniture piece or area size, with no discounts for multiple items and special offers for repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick consultation, inspect the furniture or carpet, and give an upfront price. Then I deep clean with pro equipment and review the results with the customer for 100% satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been professionally trained in upholstery and carpet cleaning,including advanced stain removal. I’m always upgrading my skills to bring the best results to my clients.
