Tech was a bit late, and as I booked directly from instagram I was a bit worried. I didnt realize he was coming from finishing another job and parking is also hard to find in my area.It was well worth the wait! I didnt think my carpet was repairable as its been in a high volume area subject to dirty stroller wheels and dog paws. Im honestly shocked at how clean and new the carpet looks.Ive had my couch cleaned before so I was prepared for the result. It looks and smells great. For reference, it is a goose feather couch with performance linen fabric that I launder once annually. All the spots from my kids have vanished.Excellent service, friendly tech, competitive pricing. Ill definitely book again!
