I've chosen to make video as my art in life - because a motion picture can do more than just tell a story. It can capture the entire feeling of a moment.
I am a dedicated videographer, which means I can focus exclusively on making your movie perfect! And as you can tell, I don't believe one size fits all. I won't show up with a predefined checklist of shots to make some cookie cutter wedding movie. Every wedding film I've ever made was created for one reason: to capture the moment two unique humans decide to spend the rest of their lives together.
I view it as both a professional and a personal goal to make my clients as happy as they can be with my work. After all, it needs to last a lifetime.
There are two things I particularly love about this job. One is the client contact. When I show up to work, it's one of the best days in my clients' lives, and I adore being able to make their big moment look like a scene from the big screen. It means the world to me to get to make these movies that people will treasure and go back and watch over and over throughout their lives.
The second thing I love is my ability to stretch my creative muscles. Each wedding is a challenge to find the best angle, the right lighting, the cleanest shot. I particularly enjoy when clients want something a little extra, like glamor shots, special first looks, or funny videos. So, let me begin by saying that I am very particular, and that it was a task to get my husband (then, fiance) to understand how important having a videographer at our wedding would be. He thought a photographer was all we needed. Capturing photos is one thing, but telling our story by capturing moments with sound and movement, then put it all together in movie form is really something special. On my tiring search for a videographer, looking for that "it"factor, I finally came across David and one other. I showed my husband David's videos, and he was sold. I spoke to David on the phone and immediately knew he was the one to capture our day. His attitude was great, he seemed very accomodating and flexible, willing to do whatever we needed, and willing to travel. He was not rocked by any of my requests. Although I asked for a couple of things he may not have been use to doing, he made it happen and I must add with patience and detailed excellence. The way he worked with me on my very meticulous requests concerning the editing was A-mazing! I LOVE the finished product of our wedding movie. He told the story of us and who we are, and put together the events of our day on video in such a way that made me cry while watching it.

We took a chance on David to video my daughter's wedding on May 30th. I say took a chance because he had not done many weddings. But I looked at other video he had produced (not weddings) where I found his audio to be excellent. We wanted to capture the vows and also some music that was special to us- so the sound was important. Well, he did an awesome job!
The video sound is the best I've heard on a wedding video which is honestly the reason we chose him. He used music from the ceremony and party as the background music because it was that clean. (I mean anyone can have a professionally recorded song in the background, but how many have can have sound from the actual day?) However, his visuals are equally exceptional. He captured both the sweet parts of the ceremony and the fun of the dancing and partying in a nice way. He is an artist. I cried and laughed the first time I watched it and have watched it over and over. Glad we took a chance on him!! His assistant was also very nice and his price was competitive. I really can't say enough good things about our final product. It's wonderful!! He is so talented. He is also professional and kind- which is just a perfect combination!
p.s. He did some extra things for me the day before the wedding which was really nice- just very easy to work with.

David and his assistant Emily created such a wonderful video of our wedding day as it creates the magic of the day perfectly. I would definitely recommend David to anyone looking for high quality video footage of special moments!

This is such a hard review to write because you can not put into words how wonderful and amazing David and his team was! I had a hard time finding a video person for our December 2018 wedding. I was looking for someone who captured great audio, moments, style, and who had a fair price. The search was over when I found David on thumbtack! His portfolio was perfect for what I was looking for. His audio was really caught my attention since I was finding so many video people who's audio you couldn't hear and David's videos came in very crisp and clear.
David was very patience and kind when there was chaos going on thought the whole process of our wedding and on going life. David honored everything he said from prices to hard drives, etc.
I mainly talked to David through email and phone since he is from New York and we are in South Jersey. Communication was very easy. We talk on the phone and through email which he replies very quickly.
On the Wedding day we got to met David and his assistant also name David. They were so much fun! Also, we loved that David is a nerd like us and even complemented us on our little nods to are fandoms and hobbies in our wedding decor. He was so easy to talk to that sometimes it felt like talking to someone you been friends with forever!
After the Wedding, he was very quick on giving us our highlight reel and even sent it on our first valentines day as a pleasant surprise to us! A few weeks after he gave us our full length video and boy did David make me cry tries of joy twice! After he sent us a hard drive free of charge with raw footage.
If you looking to book for your wedding, definitely book with David, he really does go above and beyond and has an amazing personality!
